So, I’m losing a ton of weight! Which is sort-of-good. I’m only about 125 pounds though. Sometimes, I feel like I’m starving myself because of the food I’m eating. I’m not getting 100% full, even w/ the P & E Salad before my meals. Any tips? I refuse to eat unhealthy garbage that used to make me full.

Was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism during my 2nd pregnancy. I am now a year postpartum and my specialist continues to increase my medication every 4months because Im unable to be within the normal range. I chase after 2 kids, and I’m always tired! Do you have any ideas that could help increase my energy, but thats mom friendly ideas?
    Thank you
