    Kim,
I have been looking into getting a Vitamix-yay! But in your opinion, is it best to get the newest model? I know they are sold on ebay like crazy but mostly the 3600 model from back in the 80′s but for about $250. I want the best bang for my buck type of thing. What do you think would be the best option?
Thank you SO much! I’m on a 30-day raw diet and a great blender is so crucial. Any tips for that too, by the way?:)
    You’re awesome!

Agreed. Best investment I ever made was purchasing a Vitamix. I’ve had it now for over two years, and make a green smoothie every morning. I also use it for making soups and salad dressings, not to mention dips and the finest hummus! It completely transformed my diet!

    Hi Kimberly,

How do I write you a letter directly? I really need to hear your opinion from a nutrition/diet perspective on a potentially serious health issue before I go to the Dr’s again. Please let me know how I can reach you directly. Thank you!

    Sincerely,

    Sophie

    Kimberly,

I am on meds for hypothyroid and can’t take calcium or iron for at least 4 hours after I take my pills in the morning. Can I get the same benefits drinking the Green Smoothie at lunch?
