Easy Inversion for Beauty (Instant Facelift!), Calmness and Peace

Hey Guys! Inversions are great for mental clarity, stimulating the endocrine system, bringing a beautiful glow to the face, and bringing prana to our upper chakras. The fresh blood flow and oxygen is indeed like getting an instant facelift!

Hare pose (not Hair pose! :) ), is an easy inversion almost everyone can do. If you are more flexible, you can try holding on to your ankles the whole time, and bringing your head down closer to your knees.

Namaste and Shanti!

      Hi Kati!
Thanks and glad you love the blog. :)
I think the Salt Water Flush can be effective, especially if you have never done it before. However, it should not be done too often- I have heard just a few times a year at most.

Hi Kimberley!!I found your blog just a few days ago and I must say I LOVE it!!!And it was good timimg because I am vegan and I want to be more raw!! I ve had many things clarified just by reading your posts, though I have many more qestions I want to ask!!But for now I want to ask you something else, that I ve been thining quite a lot lately, I want to start yoga but I have no idea how to look for the best teacher for me because I am more interested in the spiritual aspects of yoga, (I am very interested in the asanas too but as a part of yoga), and the thing is, I live in Greece(Athens) and before I am able to move to New York I want to practice yoga here too. Hopefully there will be someone among the teachers, though I am not sure since yoga isnt that well known here, and I dont now anyone who can help me nor do I have any experience. Could you give me some advice please?

Hi Roselie! One of my best friends comes from Greece. He moved here a few years ago and is a wonderful yoga instructor. He would know! And I’ve met some Greek yoga teachers that have come over to visit him. His website and contact are: http://www.yogawithyiannis.com.
Check it out and let me know how you do with it!

I’m starting school again in February and signed up for a yoga class I’m so excited to start, I think it’s a great way for many to incorporate yoga into their daily routine is to take it at your local community college, classes are fairly inexpensive and if you normally qualify for financial aid for school it can sometimes be free!! And bonus college credits for physical education.
