Hi Michelle, that's great! I feel great, and I think it is important to get a great acupunturist too who is gentle and a great listener/healer. Isn't it amazing how the energy just flows through the body?? I am a Reiki practitioner also, and I love the feeling of energy flow when I am working on someone how is very receptive to energy.

Hi Jonathan,
That is awesome and amazing!!!
I've tried Tai chi before and when I was in China for 3 months, and I liked it. It looks so simple on the outside but there is so much internal energy moving. It is quite amazing how the energy moves. I've never had the swinging, pain experience like that though...
In yoga, the energy moves through the chakras. I've had a lot of students cry unexpectedly in the middle of class, and they have no idea why! I guess as energy is opened up and released somehow.

Ophélie, yes, I just loved my experience. I feel so fortunate to have gotten to experience it, and I hope that people will consider it as a wonderful alternative to pain medications, etc. for dealing with lots of different issues!

I love acupuncture too! I have done it twice now in different periods of my life but for the same reasons...improve my digestion, skin, energy...things similar to what you went in for Kimberly. I am glad you had a great experience, I did too. I love the way I would feel during and after my sessions.

u should try tai chi or qi gong if you are into these stuff.

i've seen masters being able to move, heal, just using their qi energy.

my mum went once to a qi gong master. he did some qi gong stuff and all of a sudden my mums body was moving on its own using its qi energy to align the body by itself. her hands were swinging, and screaming in pain and she couldnt stop nor control it. but she felt so good later, and was less sick

Traditional Chinese medecine is so great! I'm glad you're talking about it on your blog, because I think it can help a lot of people, and it is a great alternative to western medecine. I went to a Chinese doctor to treat some hormone problem I've always had and she resolved it with just a few needles and some plants! It's a whole different approach and it's fascinating.

And it's true needles don't hurt, except when you feel an electric charge! (but it doesn't last)
